  2. She has no idea what she is talking about. Seriously dont just get up and work out when your feeling fatigued with hypothyroidism that could stop your heart. Your thyroid isnt wore down its dying. Talkto your doctor and nutritionist that specializes in this disorder dont randomly take advice from sombody this is a complex disorder that has a wide range of symptoms and could do more harm than good.

  3. I would only recommend this workout after a person has gotten their thyroid levels in check and don't have to many issues with their knees. However from what she is saying, it seem pretty obvious that she doesn't have a lot of experience with people who have thyroid issues.
