  1. 2 months ago, I was fat and had single. Now I have great body and a girlfriend. Coincidence? I wouldn't say. Trust me guys, all you need is training and diet plan. You can get both from Agoge Diet

  2. I heard some guy lost 12kg in just one month by following diet plan from Agoge Diet so I tried that too. Although I didn't lose that much, I could say this thing really works and it's definitely worth trying

  3. Also there are so many home workouts you can do without needing all the gym equipment. Everything from various bodyweight exercises, martial arts workouts, p90x, insanity, etc. Youtube is a wonderful thing. Just need to get creative!
