  1. I used to follow these exercises before, and I feel like I want to continue them so why not start again! ( P.S it's very helpful for me, I started seeing results emmidiately! )

    Day 1 : Did the exercise upto to leg scissors (adding a lil extra other exercises) with breaks (its hard for someone like me) I could feel the exercise got to my stomach really well.

    اليوم الثاني : حسيت انو شي يسحب او يشد بطني لكن برضو في اليوم الاول
    اليوم الثالث : بديت ما احس بشي بس احس انو يشد بطني و بدت تطلع على خفيف العلامه
    اليوم الرابع : ما احس بالم الا قليل بس برز شوي
    اليوم السابع : ما صرت احس ب الم و بدت تطلع بوضوح
    اليوم الثامن : طلع اوضح
    بس سووها صبح و ليل عشان يبرز اكثر لا تستسلمي حتى لو صحيتي و حسيتي بوجع قومي لا تستسلمي اذا تبين الجسم الي انتي تتمنينه بنوتاتي احبكم الفيديو مره هذا مفيد انصحكم ❤️❤️✨
