I have type 2 diabetes but not bad enough to need insulin I realized that losing weight and chasing my diet was something that needed to be done now! for a week I've cut out all soda I don't drink juice coffee not even diet soda and cut out all candy I'm putting myself on a strict diet only water and small plate of food such as veggies what bread etc I'm also working out at least 30-35 min a day hopefully this will be enough to lose weight within a year I've gone cold turkey and trying my absolute best!!
