  1. what i did was chose the small chicken salad option they had at my school n they always tell u to take fruit also all i drank was water bt i really wasn't losing weight because i was tempted to eat things my baking or cooking class had but cuz of quarantine im losing weight.

  2. Hello, have you thought about this kind of diet plan called the Custokebon Secrets? My cousin says it helps people lost lots of weight. Is that possible? I also heard a lot of great review about this diet plan. Thoughts?
