  1. I’m concerned with the high levels of ticks in game meat. The ticks kill wild moose and deer deer in high numbers. Is this meat safe to consume? Wonderful conversation thank you both.

  2. Wow your knowledge needs updates! Fasting has been used for millennia to heal our bodies and cause autophagy…. The food needs to be talked as subjective as choice of clothes, we all have an internal system if we learn to understand our bodies guide us what works for us

  3. So….eggs. This has been established very well in the literature. It is all dependent on if you are a responder or nonresponder. This can be determined by either looking at your genetics or doing a high egg diet for roughly a month and getting a blood test for cholesterol. Some people will have a dramatic rise in blood lipids while others will have no change.
