  1. This is a really nice overview of the basic exercises. I do have a question, however: is it actually possible to get into a reasonable rep range for squats with this kind of technique? I am not sure Iโ€™d be able to hold or even find a single weight which would challenge me in a squat like this. Anyone have experience with that? or is the idea just to do a lot of really high rep sets

  2. How much rest in between sets do you recommend? Is there a right and wrong way? Also – exercises like squats/lunges hurt my knees from years pounding playing sports year round so any suggestions to replace that with?
