  1. I like the fast mimicking diet. 1 /2 of an avocado twice a day and water. That's it ! This tricks the body and the body thinks it's in a no food 24 hour fast. It's been hacked. You get a little food about every 12 hours yet your body will think it's gonna full zero food fast.
