  1. I'm 63 and I ride almost daily. 4 months and I'm down 30 lb. My saving grace has been homemade kimchi, fresh vegetables and frozen grapes. But the fact remains you have to put the fork down. I have even cut alcohol down to a beer every 3 or 4 days

  2. If you are fat around the middle you may well have insulin resistance, prediabetes. like I had. I did 12 weeks Fast 800 Keto to lose the weight, now eat some carbs but avoid refined sugar and can't tolerate the quantities of fast carbs a lot of sports nutritionists plug. With the weight down my fasting blood sugars now in normal range and fitness returned.

Cycling is not the best way to loose weight… Cycling we do for fun, endurance,also its a great way to be more carefully about ouer planet…i remember the childhood we al cycle everywhere… Sliding on grass, jumping over rocks,and we loved it… Then we ages and drive mopeds or motorcycles, after that cars.. Now we are in laciness for ages.. Then we got idea to start cycle again.. Road or forrest… Its like waking up a dead body again😁.. I am over 50 but feel like 42..just byu my first carbon racer/trek… The science on cycles today are insane compare whit the old metall bikes i allways been riding….also i am doing bodybuilding for heavy body is not made for cycling but i want to try start cycle on a proper bike.. Now i am buy things like shoes, helmet, hp. Pump. And service kits like extra tires… I watch al your videos the last weeks.. It been golden jems.. True diamond class to learn from you al gcn🙏🕺..   4. Since I have been gaming on a seat for so long I fell into the skinny fat body type, my legs are way thicker than my skinny arms so im hoping to make my legs more linear and build some muscle there as well with cycling
