  1. Honestly, this is my huge struggle. I've recently started boxing and I'm ok with my weight I'm 5 feet 123lbs and i just want a more defined body toned hopefully a 6 pack. BUT unfortunately i drink (Only drink) lots of sugar coffee, Thai tea. And don't drink water EVER (NOT exaggerating it makes me sick) so other than my sugar drinks i also eat lots of fruit. BUT i do eat pretty good, chicken, fish plenty of fruits & veggies even granola & nuts. And i do my exercises 4-5 days a week box 3-4x week for about an hour a day and do strength training other days. But i feel like i look fatter not more defined. Is there any recommendations/tips you can give me sir? I'm trying so hard to give up sugar but it's really hard. Or maybe an alternative? 😭😭😭

  2. "you're not defined by your body" is a sentiment I live by and it makes me so happy to hear you say it, too; now if we could get pretty much the rest of the people on the planet to understand this.
