  1. That "I don't want to look like that" comment is so true. When I was working out at the fire department, a couple women on shift wanted to work out I said just do what I do. They said they dont want to look like me, I told them you'll never look like this. It's not possible.

  2. I'll tell you something since I started taking Sal Di Stefano's advice I've felt better in strength and I've changed a lot in my physique, defining muscle mass although I haven't lost weight. It is true that I have to be stricter in nutrition.
