  1. Calorie deficit is the most important thing when it comes to weight loss. Theres been days that I workout 3 hours comprised of weight traini g and running but over eat 300 calories, and i lose no weight.

  2. Bro, i make 8.5 km in 1h jogging and walking and i burn 473kcal 😅 and i have 1.85 cm and i think 65 kg.. not good.. i need to eat without exercises 2700 kcal everyday.. 😄 but i just start it, i do it for my heart and my stamina, because i am out of shape.
    I just hope i will not become invisible. 😂
