  2. Well not for nothing chicken broccoli brown rice there's a ton of healthy things that you can mix in with your daily routine! And unfortunately it is kind of like that chicken broccoli rice water LOL obviously you can switch it up and add a bunch of other healthy things to that and still get the same results as these Hollywood stars! On top of using some gear. But even if you don't use gear we can still get great results you just get a stick with it!

They have world's top fitness coach one of the best diet which can cost our whole house it's mostly middle class people like us getting fooled by making them our idol most important they don't reveal that whether they have taken steroid or not my idol body chris Hemsworth but the thing is no matter how hard I tried and putted effort in the gym for 3 years I never even came close to his physique which made frustrated i wanted to like him soo bad I ordered a protien powder that didn't worked sure I am much healthy and fit now , then I saw one of the videos where a guy was explain how celebs take steroids to get faster result I was ready to even do that but I didn't I stopped having a idol physique and started focusing on my own fitness

  5. Another great video Josh, it's got to the point now where regular people think working out means you will achieve Chris Hemsworth'physique in 6 months. Totally unrealistic expectations and beauty standards, fuels Ed mental health issues, lack of self worth, low self esteem and body dismorphia. Sad times we are living in…..

  6. Ppl need to understand that these actors have trainers, nutritionists and even doctors helping them get into shape. While it's good to get in shape, one needs to understand that they don't have the actors support system or money. Take it at your own pace, find your own rhythm, dont over do it and keep at it. It's achievable
