PCOS stands for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, and without going into too many details – one of side effect of PCOS is weight gain, especially around the belly area.

This workout has been requested many, many times and that’s why I decided to finally put it out on the channel.

If you want to have good weight loss results with this routine you must exercise EVERYDAY, in order to burn the unnecessary fat.

  1. I have pcos upto 6 years …..and i have no babies for 5 years. …..really dipressed life now i take mychiro tablet regularly and my i get periods but there is no flow only spottings ….i am really sad i want to try these exercises now to increase my period flow ………pray for me to get pregnant
