For the Dessert recipe you need:

600g cottage cheese
3 ripe bananas
100ml water (1/2 cup)
15g gelatin (1 tablespoons)
100g blackberries
100g bluberries
50g raspberries
100ml water (1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: 50g Dark chocolate
