There are three critical mistakes I see hardgainers make. Diet is obviously one of the biggest and thats because we get feed so much false information that only helps us pack on fat…not muscle. Training is next because if you’re not getting results then you’re more than likely either not pushing yourself hard enough or trying to push too hard and lift a weight that you can’t connect with. Lastly it’s consistency, at the end of the day if you’re consistent you’re going to see results. Don’t get frustrated, Get after it!

  1. I'm 6'1 175 lbs and have been lifting consistently for 2 months and haven't gained a single pound, but I have become a lot stronger. I know i should have gained something by now and then I found out I was only eating like 1500 calories a day.
