  4. I’ve done a couple of these videos and one of the reasons I love coming back is because of the body inclusivity in these programs. I love seeing all the different types in different parts of their journeys. Another big reason is Daniel. The way he talks to the viewer is very motivating but with so much kindness. Thank you so much for providing these programs that leave me sweatyyyyy while leaving my bad knees alone 😅 you all are the best and I really appreciate you being part of my fitness journey ❤❤❤
