  1. I ran across these videos in July and have only missed a handful of days excersizing….. I am 55 and have never exercised more then walking….Daniel just makes you want to move… The workouts are doable for overweight 55 year olds🙂… Never ever thought I would want to start everyday excersizing… I started doing everyday because if you only do let's say 4 days a week, it's too easy to make an excuse not to do it this day or that day …but now I feel my body just wants it everyday! I missed a few day while on vacation and didn't feel as good…. My point …Daniel you are a great motivator and just thank you thank you!!!
