  1. This is completely unnecessary, and time consuming. Not to mention how much personal data you are sharing with the apps and harware manufacturers. Just exercise. A little cardio goes a long way. Be consistant.

  2. Fitness trackers are rubbish for tracking calories you burn and apps and websites are just as rubbish.
    If you are putting weight on you need to eat less until you stop gaining weight, it's not rocket science.
    Look in the mirror and use your eyes and the scales regularly.
    Also weigh everything BEFORE cooking, you are cheating your calories
