  1. So I'm gonna be doing this everyday for a week and I'm going to record my progress in the comments:

    Day 1: could definitely feel the burn, really enjoyed it tho, can't wait for tmrw!
    Day 2: I did it twice! My legs were kinda hurting this morning but it was worth the pain.
    Day 3: was fun

  2. i've been doing this workout every other day excluding sunday which is my refresh day i'll update my progress for those of you who care, and for myself to know how i'm doing:) (i've been doing it for a week but i'm starting to keep track as of today).

    day 1: my legs are sore and im hoping to see progress soon

  3. The camera angle is terrible! There was way too much camera focus on her face and upper body. This was a LEG work out video! To follow along with the workout and trying to make sure my firm was correct, was near impossible! A lot of the time, her feet positioning wasn’t even in the camera!
    Good excersizes, but a terrible video for people at home trying to follow along !!!

  4. The ad during the wall sit is honestly the funniest thing I've ever seen. Not even mad at all, genuinely laughing my ass off hahaha.
    Title should be legs and absolutely workout hahaha
