  2. i am already expecting that i won't be getting results until a month or so because i have done my researches, and i believe to myself that i can do this until i lose weight and get rid of my biggest insecurity, i will be cocky and be confident that all these effort i'm putting in each day will pay off, my motivation is thinking of the future if i was no longer chubby, i will be able to brag about myself in social media and i will be able to go outside without worrying how i look. I absolutely believe myself that i can do this, those fails i have made in the past will be the path to success. Believing myself is the only way i gain motivation.
