  1. I just had my 3rd baby via c-section 4 months ago. Basically I barely manage to rehabilitate my core, I don't blame it on the lack of time, but mostly on the lack of energy due to running a household, chasing a toddler and a pre-schooler and caring for a little baby on very little sleep. But I definitely know I can improve my nutrition, so I'm looking for tips on that.

  2. I'm unable to work out due to urticaria (hives when body temp changes) but also I have vasovagal syncope (I pass out when heat rate goes up). I do watch what I eat but should drink more water. Still not losing weight.
