  1. I missed the whole beginning of the video and rewind Ed after I had already watched 😂😂😂😂 I cannot believe your a nurse and a self taught chef!!!! I’m a self taught chef and 3 months into nursing school. I just got so many chills and I’m honestly about to cry, if this isn’t God showing me my potential I don’t know what is.

  2. I love this video!!! I’ve been through some depressing moments these past years & was drinking heavy. I’m 37 days sober & everyday I just want to push towards being healthier. I’m 206 right now because my appetite went crazy after I cut out drinking (Thank God) but I’ve been moving towards replacing those meals with cleaner choices. ..& I’m ready to shed this weight. I love this for you. Thanks for the video! ❤

  3. If you can’t eat meat or diary, isn’t that the same as removing bread? Just deciding the thing that you want to remove? Neither is bad neither is good either just fits the individual.
