  1. On the healthy food being so expensive part, I agree! There’s Pop Tarts right next to the healthy granola that’s about a dollar, while the granola can be five to seven dollars!

Thx for sharing your breathtaking I'd wife you up in a heartbeat your baby daddy is a lucky man(if he's still with you) I.F. is life I lost 30 pounds I got out of prison in December and they put me on antidepressants they blew me up! now I'm on my weight loss mission (bad food is cheap because us being overweight is profitable for the economy because then we join gyms buy "healthy food" and all the other stuff

  3. I have been following the intermittent fasting 12pm to 8 pm eating and the only thing I do drink is 1 reg. Cream coffee 8 oz.somewhere around 9am and water, till 12pm and still I have lost 10 pounds so far. I hvave to have my coffee every morning
