  1. I was 85kg 1 month ago now I am 81 kgs after doing boxing. I no longer fill my shirts but I still have the same strength with weight lifting. I can't afford to eat more than 3000 calories a day

  2. Very informational video thanks bud. Quick question why would you want to restrict blood flow while doing the curls just curious… And what brand and item would you call it that he had on his arm

  3. I am 6’1 220 pounds with a lot of bulky muscle. I have a long wide frame. I’m 19 now been training like a body builder for 2 years. How would you suggest I physically transition into boxing?

  4. Boxers should concentrate on power and speed, not aesthetics or mass .You should give good concentration while doing shoulder exercises, or else end up in severe injury that can end your career, also explosive workout will give you explosive power, use light waits to get maximum speed imo. Lateral rises should be done carefully it can damage your shoulder,I prefer cables over dumbbells for that ?Any opinion please let me know down below.
