  1. I’m a very small dude.
I dropped from 170-130 rather quickly and stopped looking like a bag of milk, got some decent abdominals too.
It’s hard to accept now that building muscle is going to happen at like 0.25x as quickly as losing the fat was, but i think I might be chipping away at it now

  2. I’ve noticed my weight dropping despite getting much stronger recently. I’ve been able to lift more than I ever have but the scale isn’t going up, it’s going down. Hoping it’s mostly body fat but it doesn’t make a lot of sense.

  3. biggest mistake people make is NOT doing bodyweight exercises whilst weighing a bit more than they would like. it is a free weighted vest. push ups, dips and pull ups will build some serious muscle as you cut down . use your body weight .

  4. Im 12 weeks into a program and Ive gained 6kg but I know I can lift way more than before so not sure if its much muscle or just fat. Oh well, Im gonna keep going as 12 weeks isn't really long enough.
