  1. Great tips man. Especially liquid calories & not being afraid to eat junk to get the calories down. I am 5 foot 6 and started at 126lbs very skinny. I am now 160lbs and used a very similar approach to you. I hope to get up to 165-170 some day.

  2. i trink 300ml of milk with 2-3 bananes and 100g of peanutbutter daily as breakfast, + 3 meals to get to +3000kcal. 5 weeks in, managed 8kg/17lbs to this date. Still lean af.
    my tips:
    putting oil into practically everything
    trinking water only helps at the end of a meal to bloat the stomach, propably makes it bigger like joe said
    high intensity training (of course)
    fuck a lot (of course)
    try not to go overboard with simple sugars
    dont forget your fibers or you'll shit weak
