  1. looks like for the sake of gains and future muscle growth and development, I need to find a girlfriend so that my testosterone would spike, leading to more muscle growth

  2. Well no shit. If you're 5% body fat, it's literally impossible to recompose because you'd be dead 😂. Maybe stop obsessing about the numbers and let your body do its natural thing. If your body wants to be at 10% fat, let it. Focus on becoming stronger, more energetic, and happier- not comparing yourself with Instagram fitness models…
