  1. 2 years back, I started watching your videos when I was too chubby (Almost 90KG). My height is 5.8'. I was too much stressed because of my weight and then I started cardio on a daily basis by calories deficit back in March, 2021. Today marks 8th September 2022 and I've managed to maintain my weight from 57 KG to 58 KG since May 2022. It took me 1 year and 2 months to lose almost 32 KG of my weight. Alhamdulilah, I feel so relaxed and I still go for running and do almost 150-200 Pushups everyday. it's such an amazing feeling 😍😍 My stamina went from almost zero to booom (Couldn't imagine that) Thank you Sunny Paa Jee for such motivation. Allah pak apko is naiki ka ajar de ameen!
