  1. He is correct. I purchased a cheap ropeless from Amazon and I do 8000 jumps a day 7 days a week. My body is sculpt and shape beautifully. I get better shape with jumprope excercise than regular cardio. Just grab a rope and jump gradually. I started out jumping 500 a day . Each day was a boost. Jumping is a feel good workout and it definitely works. I notice improvement less than 3 days. Good Luck everyone

  2. I'm going for 5 minutes a day. I've not consistently done jump rope; but can easily do a 45 minute session (1 minute jump rope followed by 1 minute rest) a couple times a week, and it feels natural. 5 minutes a day is good starting point/minimum amount, because after that I feel unfulfilled until I do a few more exercises with something else.

  3. Wanted to know if doing 20 mins of skipping everyday with calorie deficit would lead to weight loss? I can't lift weights for the next 2 months and I have to lose 8kgs.

  4. Watching your videos I have started jumping ropes 2 years back. It took me 1 week getting upto 500 jumps in a go. But since then I've been jumping rope with a huge gap in between i.g. 4-5 months of gap between 1 week of jumping. I gotta admit its b'cuz i'm not disciplined at all. But recently I've been doing it for past 2.5 weeks and I've successfully taken the count upto 2000 in a go but I've developed some corns in both of my foot thumbs due to my barefoot jumping but I'm continuing it anyway.. Now my question is –
SHOULD I BE JUMPING ROPE EVERYDAY MAINTAINING/INCREASING THIS PACE ?

  5. I just started a challenge with my gym buddy. We are doing 1k jump ropes per day! Omg it feels amazing and I've already lost 5lbs in one week. Probably extra water weight and intermittent fasting…but still!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I was sore AF on that 3rd day.
