    I subscribed because i am now 40, developed osteoarthritis around the neck and lower back area of my spine in the last two years. Been treated twice with shots in the neck combined with physiotherapy for a pinched nerve going in my left arm.

    I am now feeling better and trying to get back into shape, slowly but safely. I will take every bit of information and help from trusted health professionals in my journey to good physical form. The ultimate goal is to be in the best physical shape i can be for the longest period of time to be able to raise and take care of my childres properly.

  3. I’m am 45yr and literally was telling my self I am to old to get back into it. It’s been 10yrs. After coming across your video I have a total mind set. My biggest thing is learning how to eat right to bulk. I need help figuring out a meal plan.
