  1. This video was so informative! It was not boring in any way. Just the opposite. I am excited to work on these pillars. You make it seem so doable. It makes me feel less stressed and overwhelmed by choices, etc. Thank you so much for sharing this video. I'm happy I came upon it. Great host too. He didn't interrupt at all.

  2. How can you stop hunger? Im skipping meals and i dont want to eat. Almost all protein. If beans are carbs then only half cup of cooked. Macro is still like 60 gram "carb" Ive had all sorts of "diets" and it just doesnt do it. According to my calculations using chronometer it's only 1800 cals but i sit very active and no lost. I'm about to just starve my self to just get my lost moving. No sugars. unless blue/black berries count. is oatmeal sugar? i have half cup of that. why does anyone talk about kiling the hunger. i can stick to the diet and execrise since ive done that for years. btw drink about 1.5 gallons of water. so far her plan seems like what i did when i was very overweight. 100 mins a day ofr me is easy
