  1. Yes girls I was weighing 211 pounds and I started doing this exercise over two weeks now. And now am weighing 165 pounds. And still a little bit confused. Asking myself can I loose so much in such a little while. Even wanted to speak to my doctor to see if anything is wrong with me.
