Just for some context, I was at 1800 calories during the last week of my fat loss diet. I’ve been slowly ramping it back up to maintenance (not quite there yet in this video), which will be around 2400 calories. Also I’m sedentary for most of the day and I don’t do much cardio, that’s why it’s on the lower end.

  2. Lol you're not gaining any muscle eating 2100 calories.. That's still a cut. Im eating 3200 calories on average to gain 0.5 – 1 pound a WEEK and I'm 5'5 and nowhere near this guy's muscule mass.
