  2. William j broads book says you can’t lose weight doing yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ is this true because I feel yoga has helped me that way and I don’t just mean because it makes you mindful of how you eat but physically I feel it helps me his book almost scared 😳 me off yoga

  3. Agar tum log pichale 6 sal 6 month se muzse har roj bat karte rahte na to aisi relationship me rahne ka kisi ko bhi interest rahta…ab to muze tum log pagal lag rahe ho…qki me tum me se sach me kisi se bhi shadi nahi karne wali hu…aur dusari company me job karungi

  4. Hello mam.. doing all these take lot of time but being a home maker only if i start my work by 6 I'll be able to send my children and husband to their work place. Having brisk walk and yoga all together needs time. At what time should we get up then ? Please guide us on how to manage both our personal and family health accordingly
