  1. Every once in a while I hit a recomp period. They have always been very gradual and very subtle, and they have also been self-limiting, since the energy and protein needs changed along the way.

  2. Diet is legit like 80% of the weight loss. You always want to eat a diet that's good in protein, carbs, and some fat with little sugar. Gradually dropping 200-300 calories below your recommended calorie maintenence will ensure you lose weight slowly, but you will lose it and not starve. Nutrition dense foods are amazing.

    The saying, "you are what you eat", has never been more true.

So basicly I was fat was 214 lbs at Christmas lots of cardio and calisthenics now im 170 waaaay stronger waaaaay leaner but im definitely taking beginning gains into account havnt been in a gym for years iv been working out at home and hiking prepping for mnt goat hunts, did 8 days this year so far no shooter billys lots of nanny and kids ect a few smaller billys in the 5-6" range but I can hunt goats every year no sence shooting small goats lol
