What if you are overweight to the tune if 25-29% fat… but you drop calorie intake by over 50%, from 2350 maintenance to just 1000-1250 per day, can your body not convert your fat into the energy you need, added to your protein intake, and build muscle as you strip fat? Seems to be working for me so far. Never been stronger. Hitting mad PBs.
