  1. Ik I am late to this but man I did only 1 round and I am done weight 200 I’ll be back in 2 weeks and keep doin this + goin to the gym and see my progress hopefully I do better

  2. Hi I’m in year nine and I get called fat quite a lot so thankyou for this video. I have always wanted to look better and be more confident with my self

  3. Probably get this a lot, or not- I am a wildlife (field) biologist so while part of my job is out in the field where I am always on the move, the other part is me slumming it in the desk analysing data. I hardly get time sometimes or the energy to go for full workout sessions or a slew of workout at one go. Can I do these lunges (or other such) in breaks which I usually take every 30 mins? Will that do anything for me at all?
