  2. I read in a book .. “heavy weight with low rep range increase size & light weight with high rep range increases strength..”
    But this guy says the exact opposite.. not sure which one to follow.

  3. Yes you made me realise i was doing something so stupid that is mixing up doing 2 compound exercises and draining myself out, even after 5 years the video is useful 🔥🔥🔥
