  1. Does anybody know what's the minimum body fat one should have before you start to try and build muscle while on keto? Is it lower than the standard 10-15%? I'm having a really hard time being my body fat above that 10% mark

  2. That information about i don't need eat 2400 kcal per 8 hour window is interesting for me, since i am trying 16/8 for like 2 weeks and i was trying exactly do that, since i am working out 3x per week so i tried eat around 2500 kcal in that 8 hour window and i found that quite difficult, i was worried about eat not enough calories and slow down metabolism. Thank you.

  3. i feel like the breaking fast part involving carbs could be broken down more, felt skimmed over. on keto, scariest thing are carbs so to hear its good and we can eat potatoes, its interesting but scary.

  4. Idk how where you're pulling the energy from to do heavy training after fasting. I can see it if you're just doing routine light stuff but if you're wanting to push throw a hard workout, no fuel seems counterproductive
