Looking for a killer home Upper Body workout to build muscle? Try this follow-along dumbbell workout!

In today’s workout, we’re doing a full demolition of the upper body. We’re going to be hitting our chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders, traps AND back in this 8-minute workout. All you’ll need is a pair of dumbbells suitable for you and get ready for the insane pump you’re going to get. I’ve put together some of my favorite exercises for growing your upper body like bent over dumbbell flys, standing upper chest flys, shrug holds, and more. Once again, I’m going to be showing you the proper form and pacing throughout the video and explaining each exercise as we go.   1. These are great except for the work out requiring you to bend over like that. Bad for the back. I know if I tried that it put me down for a few weeks. Need to find away to support yourself properly.

  2. I’ve only been doing this one for like two weeks now with 30 pound dumbbells every day which is superrrr hard do not recommend but after the first week it start hurting less cause I wasn’t over doing the workouts and I can already see a difference in my physique! I am also able to do more reps and my form for the workouts is way better! If you commit to it and actually push yourself and eat right you’ll definitely see results and I literally only do this workout once or twice a day along with some cardio and I’m already seeing results! Thank you sir!

  3. Sometimes I just don’t feel like going to the gym and waiting to use a machine, etc.. so it’s great to have this option of effective workouts from home, using only dumbbells that I already have. Thank you!
