How to lose weight fast for teenagers .Teenagers have a lot of energy ,and can very easily lose a lot of weight in a relatively short period of time. Even though, teens are always surrounded by unhealthy food choices.In this video I will be sharing:

1.Start eating breakfast. Some teens think skipping breakfast is a quick way to shed pounds. However, eating breakfast will jump start your metabolism and prevent overeating during the day. Chose a meal that has protein for staying power, such as an egg white omelette with mozzarella cheese, fruit and milk. High-fiber foods, such as whole wheat toast or whole wheat cereal are also good options.

2 Watching your drinks Too many sodas, juices and sports drinks can really add up. Replace them with water. You should have at least 8 glasses of water a day! Water rinses out unwanted toxins from your body and keeps your brain sharp. It keeps you hydrated.

3.Filling up on fruits and veggies Most fruits and vegetables are high in fiber and nutrients while low in calories. That means you’ll fill up faster and eat less. Try having fruit as snacks or before meals to cut calories without feeling hungry.

4.Avoid fast food There’s nothing wrong with having an occasional burger and fries, but avoid having those types of foods every day. Make them a treat that you only have every now and then.

5.Avoiding mindless snacking If you get hungry in the afternoon, keep your snacks healthy by avoiding candy, cookies, and other tempting sweets. Also, pay attention to other reasons you may eat, like being bored, tired, or feeling blue. Emotional eating only makes things worse and doesn’t make your problems go away.

7.exercise every day
Get at least 1 hour of exercise every day, even if it is just taking a long walk. Chose activities that you enjoy. An easy way to lose weight quickly and meet the daily physical activity requirement is by joining an after school athletic team. Basketball, tennis, track and other organized activities will assist in burning calories and losing weight quickly.

Enlist your friends to join you on your journey to weight loss. If you’re embarrassed about asking them to help you out, just ask if they want to go to the gym with you.

And don’t spend your days sitting on the couch watching TV! Fast weight loss will only be achieved with diet and exercise.

    Starting : 127 pounds 5, 4" 13 years old (14 in two months) I play Lacrosse, Cheer, dance, and Volleyball. I'm in 8th grade
    (Clinically diagnosed body dysmorphia)

    Day 1: I tried to make sure that my snacks were mostly fruits and vegetables, which was easy because I love those foods, but I did have two slip ups. I didn't have time to eat breakfast, but I ate some peperoni for lunch lol and for dinner I had a Cheese Burger with fries. (The first day might be hard but you got this! Remember to be patient!!!! We all love you so much!! Keep it up!! Remember to love yourself and your body no matter what! good luck!) 💕💕

  2. I was around 190 pounds throughout eighth grade, and I am pretty tall (5 foot 11), but last summer I lost about 40 pounds and now I’m around 150 pounds. I used the starvation diet, but I actually managed to keep it, which is what’s so scary about it. I really don’t recommend it, and now I eat 4 “meals” a day (no I don’t have some insane metabolism, I just work out a lot) and avoid snacks. I have a pretty stocky build, so you can see my ribs and spine even though I’m still at 150, but again, I also just work out a lot, so I have pretty large muscles for my age. For anybody who wants to know what I do, I have a protein smoothie for breakfast, then if it’s not school day I lift weights (I do 12 sets of 10 for sit-ups, benchpress, and a few different things with dumbbells) and before each set I run .25 miles on my treadmill, which totals to 3 miles. If it is a school day I just do this once I get home, and for lunch I’ll usually either have a salad, scrambled eggs, or just some meat, and then at around 3:304:00 I’ll have a second smoothie (I have this right after school on school days, so I’m working out with a full stomach), and then at around 5:306:00 I’ll have dinner and I typically just eat whatever my family makes or gets, or a slightly altered version of it (example: hamburgers are for dinner, so I have a burger wrapped in lettuce instead of with a bun) and I don’t have bread products usually, as well as foods like chips with my meals. If we have something like pizza, I usually just have like a salad or something like that. I also typically go on a walk with my family at night, that’s probably about a mile long. Obviously everybody’s body is different, so for some people living like this works great, but for other people it doesn’t. One last piece of advice is, when exercising, if you are able to use YouTube it’s super fun to listen to videos. My favorite videos to listen to while exercising are brewstew and summoningsalt videos. Brewstew makes hilarious animations and summoningsalt makes videos about the history of speedruns for many different games, which when I first started watching him I had no interest in speedrunning or in many of the games he made videos on, but I now am super interested in speedruns and the games he makes his videos on. Just make sure that if you watch something funny you have someone to spot you if you’re watching something funny while doing an exercise you could get hurt in, because in the past I have almost dropped my weights on my neck because I was laughing. I hope that this can help at least one person out, even if it’s in the smallest way possible. Good luck to everyone trying to lose weight, I’m proud of you for trying.

    Also here are the ingredients to the smoothies I have:
    125 ml of coconut milk
    1 spoonful of yogurt
    1/2 tablespoon of cocoa powder
    1-2 “shakes” of cinnamon (if it isn’t in a shaker, just add a small amount of it, it doesn’t have to be super exact)
    1 spoonful of almond butter
    1 banana
    And some ice (really just up to personal preference)
    It took me a little bit to get used to the taste of it, but now I love the taste of it, so keep that in mind if you decide to try it
