Have you ever looked in the mirror and asked „why won’t my muscles grow?“You may have noticed that your muscles have stopped growing over the last few months and it’s time to take action. In this blog post, I’ll list all possible reasons for this and also offer a solution.
• You are training too hard –When you train your muscles intensely, you are actually breaking down your muscles.Your muscles need sufficient time to recover from the damage you inflicted on them. It’s best if you train each muscle group no more than once or at the most twice a week.
• You are training too long – Keep your workout intense but don’t work out for more than an hour at a time. Once you started practicing for 45 minutes, your cortisol level quickly increased.. This hormone is know be to destroy muscle cells! Let’s get you to bed so sleep more than 8 hours a day and watch those muscles growing fast!
•You have been abusing alcohol – Alcohol is known to affect the body in a negative way. It slashes muscle mass and causes other serious impairments.
• People need to change their workout routine every 6-8 weeks, otherwise muscle has a chance to stop growing.
• It is important not to overdo it with weight training. Your muscles gradually get increasingly strong, but you should attempt to increase your reps or weight next workout so they can continue growing.
•You don’t eat enough protein – If you want to build bigger muscles, you need to eat more protein. Protein is the building block for your muscles. It is recommended that you need one gram of protein per pound of your body weight equivalent. If not enough protein is consumed with your normal diet, you might want to supplement with protein shakes.
You may think that despite training hard you are not able to grow your muscle size. We have compiled a list of 7 reasons for this situation – hopefully one of the points makes sense to you.
