  1. There have been many times when I have missed certain exercises in a specific routine or I have done it wrongly. For that I use a single trick (I know lot if people are going to shoot good pledentaries on me but it work for me. You can ignore it if you want). I try to do as many as possible while following the video if I am unable to do it I take a break as I believe it is important to listen to the body. Then I try to miss some exercises when I am doing it for first time. So I rematch the whole thing and try to write name of each exercises that is done and I also tries to rewatch specific exercises which I believe I am not doing in proper form. I try to complete whole workout as much as I can. For ex this workout is 47 minute long but first time it took me 90 minutes to complete 😅 it. But after 7-8 days I was able to complete it in specific time period.
