  1. 💪🏾 Great workout! Got me dripping sweat but also didn’t make me feel like I was dying to keep in pace with you! Kit is one of my favorite instructors! Her workouts are challenging, but I get through them because she's so motivating! "You're greater than your circumstances and your pain! Honor your process!" Love the cooldown at the end! Thank you.   2. There's too much of talking.. so much time got wasted only to hear out the talking. I guess audience can manage with more of exercise and less of talking.
