  1. Day 1 of the workout. I had to stop so ma t times to either catch my breath or because of muscle pain. I hope to keep it going. I am really looking forward to two milestones: 1) the day when I do the entire workout with no breaks, 2) when I do the entire workout without modifications

  2. I started working out about 5 months ago. I started with this workout and struggled through at a much slower pace and did everything modified. now I can do the entire thing and keep up the entire time! Gained 7 pounds of muscle and feeling better than ever!
