  1. Wow I'm 58 haven't done Amy work outs in decades got a bad back my left hip was dislocated in 1994 but I did pretty good keeping up it ya lol 10 feel good next time I will wear shoes . I was a gymnast from 5th grade into my 20s but let myself go for years.
    You are awesome girl I mean fabulous lol thank you for your videos and yes I'm sweating πŸ˜†
