  1. Love your Cardio Pilates, HIIT and stretch workouts. I am a runner and had an injury in my foot, these workouts definitely helped me to heal and find new ways to embrace my body. Fun fact: You also saved me during the pandemic. I am German, but live in NY and my friend (who lives in Germany) and I met on Zoom to workout together. Luckily we found your channel!
