  2. Mike Mentzer's 1 set included focusing on the eccentric movement. Concentric and eccentric until utter failure. You will be hard pressed to find anyone actually trying this. It's not much fun. Dorian claimed he did this. He did alright.

  3. Can you train your lowerbody through cardio exercises alone and your upper through weight training? Ex. Running 🏃‍♂️ or biking for lower.

  4. You are a Bodybuilder and not a steroid user.
    I appreciate your site because it's real and I've got to the point where I don't follow those bodybuilders who are not real!!
    76 and been lifting a long time!
