  2. I am here after 1 year again.
    This workout push me so much lost 7 kgs with this.
    I just want to push myself by saying 20 min for yourself.
    I love the trainer.Have been following her other workout as well.
    Just it never get boring or easier either.

  3. This was great! I'm soaked in sweat! I did the modified version, and even with that there were certain moves I couldn't do because of joint issues so I either marched in place or did squats.
